<p><strong>Aztec <a href="https://x.com/aztecnetwork/status/2019424211828412695" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">announced </a>the launch of a new testnet.</strong></p> <p>1. Go to the <a href="https://testnet.aztec.network/claim" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">website</a>, connect your wallet, and request test tokens<br><em>To receive test tokens, you must verify your identity using&nbsp;<a href="https://zkpassport.id/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">ZKPassport</a>.</em></p> <p>2. On the staking <a href="https://testnet.stake.aztec.network/my-position" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">website</a>, connect your wallet and click on the "Stake" button, then send your preferred amount of test tokens to staking.</p> <p></p>

<p><strong>Aztec <a href="https://x.com/aztecnetwork/status/1917926796986929192" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">has launched</a> a testnet! One of the main activities within the testnet is node installation.</strong></p> <p>1. Install Aztec node according to one of the guides:&nbsp;<a href="https://docs.aztec.network/next/the_aztec_network/guides/run_nodes/how_to_run_full_node" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">official</a>, <a href="https://github.com/0xmoei/aztec-network" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">unofficial</a> (more understandable for beginners).</p> <p></p>

<p><strong>In addition to node, we can also interact with projects from the Aztec ecosystem on the test network. At the time of writing this guide, the network is overloaded and buggy. &nbsp;We will update the guide when the network is stable and new dapps are added.</strong></p> <p>1. Go to the <a href="https://play.aztec.network/alpha-testnet/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">site</a>, select Aztec Testnet and test all available actions (the site may be temporarily down):</p> <p></p> <p>2. Install <a href="https://obsidion.xyz/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Obsidion</a> wallet.</p> <p>3. <a href="https://bridge.human.tech/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Bridge</a> USDC tokens to the Aztec network (you can request them <a href="https://faucet.circle.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">here</a>):&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p>4. Do swaps and add liquidity on <a href="https://nemi.fi/swap" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Nemi</a>:</p> <p></p> <p>5. Mint NFTs on <a href="https://app.ravenhouse.xyz/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Raven House</a>. You can also try to <a href="https://app.ravenhouse.xyz/collection/create" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">create</a> your own collection:</p> <p></p> <p>6. <p><strong>In addition to the roles specified in our guides, there are several other roles in the project's Discord that can be obtained for various actions.</strong></p> <p><br>1. <p><strong>We can get the &ldquo;Apprentice&rdquo; role in the project's Discord for launching and verifying a Node.</strong></p> <p><br>1. Join&nbsp;<a href="https://discord.gg/aztec" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Discord</a> and complete verification.</p> <p>2. Study the information in the operators/faq channel. Go to the operators/start-here channel and enter the command "/operators help". Follow the instructions to verify that the Node is running on your side.</p> <p></p>

<p><strong>Nemi (one of the first projects built on Aztec) <a href="https://x.com/nemi_fi/status/1918341043537494137" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">temporarily closed</a> access to the site. Only users who filled out the early access form can test the project.</strong></p> <p>1.
